With the ShingleMaster certification, 323 Roofing & Restoration can upgrade your CertainTeed roof's warranty to provide longer manufacturer's warranties and workmanship warranties. CertainTeed provides a new standard "Lifetime" warranty that covers defects that affect performance and AESTHETIC DEFECTS that affect appearance such as staining and discoloration. CertainTeed has and Algae-Resistance, 10 year, Non Prorated warranty on all AR shingles. CertainTeed's standard wind warranty is 110 mph and can be upgraded to 130mph. |

If you desire Owens Corning, Tamko, GAF, or any other manufacturer's product to be placed on your home, we have access to those products as well. Our suppliers carry all major manufacturers and many of their accessories. We have a good relationship with all other products and their suppliers!
